IRU and the Eurasian Economic Commission unite to sign a joint action plan, identifying priority areas for collaboration in 2018.
These areas include: market intelligence, digitalisation, accession to e-CMR, road safety, professionalisation through global standards and certification, and harmonisation of international passenger road transport.
Among the 2018 joint activities are IRU’s participation in the 3rd Eurasian Week International Forum, taking place on 24-26 Oct in Erevan, Armenia. EEC representatives will also attend IRU’s World Congress in Muscat, Oman, on 6-8 Nov.
