Dmitry Cheltsov, who leads IRU’s work in Eurasia, has been awarded the “Honoured Transport Worker of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS)” medal.
This distinguished international award was presented in front of transport ministers and high ranking officials from seven CIS countries is recognition of his work at IRU, to strengthen and expand cooperation in transport across the CIS member states and for championing the role of transport in the economy and society.
The medal was presented in Moscow by the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation, Maksim Sokolov, at the 36th meeting of the Coordination Transport Council (CTC) of the CIS member states.
