Speaking during the ITF ministerial session “Pillars of Progress: Governance, Innovation, and Cooperation”, IRU Secretary General Umberto de Pretto warned that the world has entered an era of permanent crisis.
“Transport is not only impacted by volatility,” he said. “Transport is also crucial to how the world deals with crisis.”
