Women in motion: Getting more women behind the wheel

I am the Vice President of Advocacy for the American Trucking Associations (ATA), the largest national trade association representing the US trucking industry.

I am responsible for developing and leading advocacy strategies to influence both Congress and the Executive Branch.

I also serve as co-chair of the Advocacy Subcommittee for ATA’s Women In Motion (WIM) council.

In my role as co-chair, I devise and execute legislative and regulatory initiatives to advance WIM's core mission: to promote and support the advancement of women in the trucking industry.

Our advocacy initiatives focus on three critical themes: (1) ensure a safe and productive workplace, (2) reduce or eliminate barriers to entry, including financial barriers, and (3) preserve and protect vital pathways to entrepreneurship.
