My dream for our industry

My passion for the industry stems from my childhood, having witnessed my father embark on long journeys to ensure our family's well-being.

After graduating in Foreign Trade from the renowned Universidade Positivo in 2015, I sought to enhance my knowledge with postgraduate studies, including International Business at FAE Business School (2018) and Business Management at Fundação Dom Cabral (2022). My participation in the Executive Course on Governance, Compliance, and Risk Management (Latin American Institute of Public Governance and Compliance, 2023) reinforced my commitment to responsible management.

As the Director of the Rodonery Transport Group, I lead initiatives to make road freight transport safer, more efficient and more sustainable.

I am currently involved in developing innovative technologies to enhance fleet connectivity and increase mobility efficiency. Additionally, as an active member of the environmental, social and governance committee, I focus my efforts on energy transition, corporate governance and family succession, ensuring the sector's adaptability and longevity.

As a co-author of books such as "Insights that Transform" (2023) and "Experiences in Management for Innovation in Brazilian Cargo Transport" (2021), I wish to my share knowledge and perspectives to drive sectoral evolution.

My dream is to transform road freight transport into an even more positive force, impacting the lives of young people and businesses globally.

I believe that through innovation, sustainability and a commitment to continuous progress, we can shape a promising future and contribute to the development of communities worldwide.
