The Blue Paper was prepared jointly with the Kyrgyz State Technical University, in close partnership with the Ministry of Transport and Communications and the IRU’s Kyrgyz Member, the Association of International Road Transport Operators of the Kyrgyz Republic (AIRTO-KR).
