Global Mass Transit is organising its seventh conference on 'Clean Buses in Europe’, which will take place on June 5-6, 2024 at the Novotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.
The mission of the conferenceis to discuss the best practices, case studies and lessons learnt by local governments, public transport authorities (PTAs) and public transport operators (PTOs) in deploying zero-emission buses (ZEBs). The conference will examine the European Commission’s latest initiatives to achieve net-zero goals of Europe, nationwide programmes to deploy electric and hydrogen-fuelled buses, city-level commitments, relevant experiences, issues with large-scale deployments, deployment of charging infrastructure and hydrogen-fuelling stations, and the role of rapidly evolving technology in the area of zero-emission buses. The conference will also highlight opportunities and technological innovations.
The conference will bring togetherpolicymakers, public transport authorities (PTAs), public transport operators (PTOs), city government officials, OEMs, suppliers of bus components, technology providers, energy providers, charging solution suppliers and battery manufacturers, hydrogen-fuelling infrastructure providers, funding agencies, multilateral development banks, consultants, researchers and academicians. It will cover a range of clean buses and solutions.
