Taking ambitious climate action: Decarbonising inland transport by 2050

To be held at the Palais des Nations, Geneva starting at 10:00 on Tuesday, 20 February 2024.

Meeting on the adoption of the Inland Transport Committee Strategy for Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Inland Transport for Government Delegates only with the Participation of the Chairs of the Committee’s Subsidiary Bodies.

The theme of the conference will be: “Taking ambitious climate action – Moving towards decarbonised inland transport by 2050".

Umberto de Pretto, IRU Secretary General, will moderate and open the Ministerial Panel II.

Tatiana Rey-Bellet, IRU Director TIR & Transit, will be part of the Roundtable on "Digital and Green Transition and the Sustainable Development 2030".
