According to the decisions of the 41st Meeting of the BSEC-URTA General Assembly, upon the kind invitation of ABADA, the General Assembly decided to hold its next meeting in autumn 2023 in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Umberto de Pretto, IRU Secretary General, will be participating in some of the events held in Baku between 27 and 28 October.
