A bridge builder on the Silk Road: Connecting continents through logistics
My name is Farogat. I am a dedicated logistics professional and trade advocate from Tajikistan, now forging critical links along the modern Silk Road.
My academic journey began at the China Beijing Language and Culture University, where I built the foundation of my international career. I then advanced my expertise by completing a master’s degree in International Trade and Business at China’s Xinjiang Normal University, strategically positioning myself at the crossroads of Asia.
Today, I am actively developing and managing the vital connective tissue of Eurasia.
My work focuses on pioneering logistics and international trade projects that strengthen the China-Central Asia corridor under the Belt and Road Initiative. I handle the full spectrum of this mission: from orchestrating complex transportation and logistics operations to driving sales and building strategic partnerships.
My team and I take great pride in our groundbreaking accomplishments. Our most significant competitive achievement to date has been the successful opening of the world’s first dedicated TIR Hub, located in the Xinjiang Autonomous Region. This milestone has been pivotal in streamlining cross-border freight and led to our formal IRU membership.
Building on that foundation, we have actively boosted and solidified the TIR trucking and logistics corridor between China and Afghanistan. A source of particular pride is our direct role in supporting major humanitarian and development efforts. We have successfully managed the shipment of significant volumes of cargo for critical UN projects – achievements made possible by our dedicated team and in collaboration with the IRU.
We are committed to continuous growth and innovation. My driving purpose is to keep developing smarter, more efficient logistics pathways that not only move goods but also build lasting economic and humanitarian bridges for the future.
