Under the Presidency of Azerbaijan, the 2026 edition will be on "Funding Resilient Transport". It is the second in the 2025-2027 Summit trilogy on transport resilience.
Transport systems are increasingly vulnerable to overlapping crises, from climate change and extreme weather to geopolitical tensions, pandemics, and cyber-attacks. These growing threats highlight the urgent need to invest in transport resilience as a foundation for long-term sustainability and global stability.
The 2026 Summit brings together governments, financial leaders, international organisations, the private sector, academia and civil society to shape our transport future.
