For the people: boosting China-Europe trade
I have 23 years of experience in the logistics sector and currently serve as Vice President Ground & Rail for Asia Pacific, as well as Global Cross-Border & Multimodal Leader at CEVA Logistics.
CEVA is one of the world’s leading third-party logistics companies, operating in 160 countries, with gross revenue of USD 18.3 billion in 2024.
I played a leading role in launching the first China–Europe TIR routes in November 2018, significantly reducing lead times, cutting costs by up to 50% compared with air freight, and lowering carbon emissions.
My work has also included the implementation of long-haul cross-border trucking operations in China and the establishment of a cross-continental TIR Hub Network to strengthen safe and efficient corridors across China, Central Asia and Europe. In this context, I specifically initiated the creation of key TIR hubs in Kashgar and Alashankou to enhance regional and international connectivity.
In addition, I coordinate carriers across South-East Asia, China, Central Asia and Europe. This coordination has enabled the successful optimisation of routes into Afghanistan via Pakistan and Central Asia, helping to ensure resilient supply chains. In recognition of these contributions, I was awarded the title of International Logistics (TIR Transport) Leader and Expert Advisor by the Kashgar Municipal Bureau of Commerce.
I remain committed to advancing global road logistics, making it safer, more efficient and more sustainable.
