As the world navigates a complex landscape shaped by economic shifts, external shocks and the rise of AI, Transforming Transportation 2026, co-hosted by Co-hosted by the World Bank and WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities, will focus on the pivotal role of transport in catalysing development that creates jobs, builds resilience and reaches everyone.
IRU Associate Director for Communications and Events John Kidd will participate in the side event on "Logistics for Development: Green Corridors, Jobs, and Growth" on Monday 9 March.
His intervention will notably focus on the IRU–World Bank toolkit, Road Transport Services Reform: Guiding Principles for Practitioners and Policy Makers.
