This forum, organised by the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC) Institute, will focus on the connectivity of transport corridors in the CAREC region.
More than 300 participants are expected, including senior officials from CAREC governments, development partners (multilateral and bilateral development agencies, international organisations, financial institutions), private sector leaders, business associations, and experts from regional think tanks.
IRU will co-lead the session on "Enhancing Connectivity of CAREC Transport Corridors" on 3 December in the morning. It includes two panels:
- Panel 1: Empower CAREC transport corridors with shared opportunities with TIR
- Panel 2: Advance corridor connectivity through supply chain collaboration and public-private partnerships
