The conference will feature keynote addresses by the Director General of the United Nations Office at Geneva, Tatiana Valovaya, and the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States, Kubanychbek Omuraliev, which will be followed by a plenary session and interactive dialogues.
Participants will include high-level government officials, representatives from international organisations, academia, civil society organisations, and the private sector.
Keynote speeches, presentations of case studies, and best practices will provide insights into successful initiatives and innovative approaches to sustainable development within the Turkic region.
IRU Director of TIR and Transit Tatiana Rey-Bellet will speak on the panel titled “OTS as an Emerging Actor for Achieving Sustainable Development Goals” on 22 April, from 15:00 to 17:00.
