The EU rules on the posting of drivers (Lex specialis) aim to regulate the conditions of posting and remuneration of road transport employees providing services in an EU Member State other than the one where their employer is established.

This workshop will cover the work carried out jointly by the industry and other public and private stakeholders, within the framework of the European Labour Authority (ELA). In particular:

  • The practical guidelines on how to control the posting of drivers and the documents to prove posting and remuneration 
  • The ELA-led proposed remuneration tool for posted drivers
