The 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change will be hosted by the government of Azerbaijan in Baku.
IRU Secretary General Umberto de Pretto will participate in two ministerial roundtables organised by the Azeri Ministry of Transport on passenger and goods transport.
These invitation-only roundtables are related to two initiatives launched by the Azeri government, with the support of IRU and other organisations: one on green cities, the other on sustainable corridors, with a particular focus on the Middle Corridor between Asia and Europe.
