1. The exemption from the legal act on bulky goods should be read as follows (attached PDF file in Russian):
“Bulky goods, for the transportation of which a special permit is required, if, based on the technical characteristics of the cargo being transported and (or) the technological features of transportation, it is impossible to go to specially designated places specified in Appendix 1 to perform cargo operations and (or) re-transfer, and vehicles for their transportation, subject to the coordination of the movement of these vehicles by the Ministry of Transport and Communications”;

2. New warehouses for transshipment or trailer swaps have been added, called Brestvneshtrans, Belimporttorg and Transit. The full list of designated places is in the attached PDF file (in Russian).
