It’s been over ten years that Centre for Professional Development (CPD) operates within College of Applied Technical Sciences "Tempulli", where are developed the training programs, professional training and certification programs that are evaluated by national and international experts as well as authorized by relevant government institutions.
Professional programs are licensed by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MEST) and are accredited by CILT (The Chartered Institute for Logistics and Transport) and IRU Academy (International Road Union) and are developed based on the Agreement with the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Civil Aviation Authority of Kosovo.

The College of Applied Technical Sciences "Tempulli" has the longest tradition in private education in Kosovo and has been committed to providing training and education for participants in the field of traffic since 1992.
