Saudi Customs is currently experiencing a technical issue affecting the processing of TIR EPDs.

If your truck is affected, Customs should guide you through the fallback procedure via Fasah to allow clearance in the meantime.

We will update this notice once the issue is confirmed resolved by Customs.
