Temporary interruption for Kazakhstan – 19/02/2026 to 21/02/2026
Due to scheduled updates and the rollout of the new EPD format for Kazakhstan to new Customs system-KEDEN, temporary interruptions may occur in TIR‑EPD messaging from 19/02/2026 to 21/02/2026. The update includes new mandatory information requirements for EPD submissions to Kazakhstan.
From 21/02/2026, all EPDs must be submitted to the new KEDEN customs system. EPDs submitted earlier to Astana‑1 will not be processed after Astana‑1 is disconnected on Saturday, and users will need to send a new EPD to KEDEN following full deployment.
