A lifetime of commitment to safety

I am a licensed aircraft operator with extensive experience in aviation operations, road safety, and professional training. My background in radio control room operations allows me to ensure smooth communication and coordination in critical environments.

I am also a certified emergency response driver trainer, preparing drivers to handle high-pressure situations safely. As a 4x4 off-road trainer, I help others build confidence and competence in navigating challenging terrains.

I hold multiple certifications, including IRU's Train the Trainer (TOT) certification, IRU's CPC TOT, ADR Trainer, and IRU Examiner, as well as certificates in Road Safety at Work and Disability Awareness for Public Transport Managers. These qualifications enable me to support organisations in appointing fleet safety managers, improving driver behaviour and promoting inclusive, accessible transport for passengers with disabilities.

My expertise extends to search and rescue emergency response training, IATA Aircraft Handling Loading Ramp Training, and Headset Operator Training TOT, contributing to the efficiency and safety of ground handling operations. I provide training on investigating motor vehicle incidents, hazard identification, risk assessment, fleet safety management, and accessible transport strategies.

I am passionate about assessing and enhancing drivers’ skills, fostering a culture of safety, and promoting continuous improvement within organisations. I am experienced in designing journey management plans, mitigating risks, and optimising transport operations.

With a strong commitment to safety, inclusivity and excellence, I strive to elevate standards and ensure optimal performance across aviation, road safety, accessible transport, and training.
