IRU is proud to announce that Erik Østergaard, CEO of IRU’s member in Denmark, the Danish Transport and Logistics Association (DTL), and Vice Chair of IRU’s EU Goods Transport Liaison Committee, has been awarded the Knight’s Cross of First Class by Her Majesty Queen Margrethe II.
The knighthood recognises Mr Østergaard’s outstanding contributions during his illustrious, high profile professional career of 35 years in advancing the Danish transport sector.
IRU congratulates Mr Østergaard for receiving this great honour and looks forward to his continued contributions in promoting sustainable and efficient trade and transport throughout the EU and beyond.
