Taxi Companies Syndicate in Lebanon joins IRU

21 Nov 2017

The Taxi Companies Syndicate in Lebanon has joined IRU adding 12 national taxi companies and some 2,000 vehicles to the global network.

Incorporated in Beirut in 2013, the Syndicate works to protect the transport profession by defending its interests and working for its development on all economic and industrial fronts. It seeks to improve social, health and cultural conditions, as well as the professional status of its members to ensure a closer cooperation between employers and employees through the organisation of social and corporate projects.

The Syndicate maintains professional relationships with transport authorities and companies in the region and all Syndicate members are certified by Lebanon’s Minister of Public Works.
