Mr Leo Huberts - Project Officer for the Directorate General for Transport and Energy, better known under the acronym DG-TREN, of the European Commission in Brussels, Belgium. Since September 2001, he is managing the Digital Tachograph project. In the framework of this project, he participates in discussions at political and technical levels, such as the European Committee on Adaptation to Technical Progress (CATP), the United Nations-AETR Transport Working Party as well as several other Member State projects.
