Mr James Hookham -
Policy Director and Deputy Chief
Executive at the Freight Transport Association, FTA. FTA represents and serves
the transport interests of over 11,000 British businesses. Mr Hookham is
responsible for the development of FTA policy and membership recruitment. He is
a graduate in environmental science from the University of Bradford and holds a
Master's degree from the University of Manchester.
