Mr Lars Andersson - Advisor
specialized in driving hours and control related topics for the Swedish
Government since 1996. He spent 15 years of his career as a driver and a
haulier, which lead him to become the former ombudsman for Sweden's Bus and
Coach Association. Mr Andersson is also the EU-project leader that examines the
'Feasibility of a common approach for enforcing certain provisions of EEC
regulation 3820/85".
Mr Per-Arne Holm -
Technical Expert and Advisor for the Swedish Road Administration since the late
1980'ies. He is now very closely involved in the introduction of the Digital
Tachograph in Sweden. He is also the Project Leader for several EU-projects on
the Digital Tachograph, including the on-going 'Monitoring the Implementation of
the Digital Tachograph", MIDT project.
