Legal Assistance Network

In order to help IRU Member Associations and road carriers requiring specialised legal assistance in a specific country, the CAJ has established an international network of lawyers specialised in various legal fields relating to international road transport (transport law, transport taxation, civil and commercial law, administrative law, labour law, Community law, criminal law, procedural law).

This network is dedicated to enabling IRU Members to rapidly identify a competent lawyer in any given country. Services provided are invoiced by network member lawyers as though they were provided outside the network’s scope. The list of lawyers participating in this Legal Assistance Network is available here.
