Transfers
Transfers will be organised from the airport to hotels on 13 and 14 June 2007 and from the hotels to the airport on 15-16 and 17 June 2007 . A Shuttle service will be organised from official conference hotels to conference sites on the 14 and 15 June 2006. Visas

Citizens from all other countries registered for the Conference, please provide ZMPD (beata.skibinska@zmpd.pl / Fax: +48 22 536 10 25), via your National Association, the following information in advance: your full name, conference registration number (received from IRU Registration office), date of birth, passport number and validity dates, the copy of your passport’s data pages as well as dates of arrival/departure in/from Poland.
