Road transport is the most efficient mode of transport. It is a fact well known not only to truckers but also to our clients, forwarders and recipients of goods. Every day, Polish carriers cover hundreds of thousands of kilometers in Europe and Asia. Every day, Polish trucks reach Kazakhstan and other countries of this region. Our truckers are well equipped with outstanding vehicles, have perfect drivers and large experience and knowledge, which enable them to perform different road services.
We expect that economic cooperation between Poland and Asian countries will flourish. We, Polish truckers, are prepared for this! Our participation in the Caravan Beijing-Berlin-Brussels is another proof of this fact. ZMPD is the oldest and the largest Polish organisation grouping road operators, was established in 1957 and in two years it will celebrate its 50th anniversary. The Association has over 4300 member companies involved in international carriage of goods by road, with the fleet of over 50 000 heavy goods vehicles and buses. ZMPD is a member of the International Road Transport Union - IRU.
