TOUR BOOKING

For tour booking please fill in and return the enclosed form to the agency VIP Congress or see www.vip.com.tr (tour agency VIP Congress).

All tours are payable in EUR or Turkish Lira (YTL). See detailed payment conditions on the Optional Tour Booking Form.

The full price of any tour shall be due and payable when a booking is made.

Some delegates may benefit from free domestic flights linked to their international flights to Turkey. Therefore, they may want to handle domestic flights themselves. This is why VIP Congress has not included domestic airfares in the tour prices.

VIP Congress reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any tour prior to departure and to refuse or return individuals if justifiable, such as in the case of sickness, unreasonable behaviour or if other passengers would be put at risk. In particular, due to the nature of many of the tours and other activities, delays and cancellations may result from factors beyond control such as weather, sickness, strikes, disputes, and other events of “force majeure”. In such cases, a refund or partial refund may be given at the discretion of VIP Congress, but it is not guaranteed.

No refund will be made in respect of late arrival at the tour meeting point or no-show.

Cancellation refunds are based on the following:

• 25 days or over before scheduled date - 60% refund provided;
• 20-24 days before scheduled date - 30% refund provided;
• 10-19 days before scheduled date - 20% refund provided;
• Less than 10 days before scheduled date - 0% refund provided;

A tour may be cancelled if the minimum required number of participants is not reached. In this case, a full refund will be offered.

The organisers reserve the right to cancel and fully refund this tour if there are fewer than:

• ** 15 participants;
• *** 30 participants.
