Special IRU prices have been negotiated with the Congress hotels. Bookings will be dealt with on a first come, first served basis. It is advisable to book as early as possible. Participants are asked to indicate a first and second choice of hotel in case the first choice is fully booked.

VIP Congress will confirm bookings directly to participants. Hotel reservations cannot be processed unless a full deposit per room is returned with the Hotel Booking Form. Registration and/or room reservation will not be confirmed until VIP Congress has received the required deposit. VIP Congress will, however, make every effort in the meantime to comply with your request.

HOTEL RATES
Prices are given per room, per night, breakfast included.

All rates quoted are inclusive of service charge (currently 15%) and VAT (currently 8%). All rates are quoted in Euro. All payment must be in EUR only, payable to VIP Congress.

DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION & PAYMENT
Credit card numbers should be provided to guarantee all bookings.

Please note that all cancellations or amendments to your booking must be made in writing directly to the agency VIP Congress.
