IRU Academy Programmes are delivered by IRU Academy Certified Instructors to ensure the highest standards of training delivery are met.

IRU Academy Certified Instructors

IRU Academy Programmes are always delivered by IRU Academy certified instructors.  In order to become an IRU Academy certified instructor for a particular programme, the following requirements must be met:

• Comply with minimum educational and professional criteria (graduation diploma(s), updated CV, and other certificates to be submitted)
• Have followed the relevant IRU Academy Train the Trainer session from start to finish (including filling out the feedback form). For new programme application, having successfully run a pilot delivery under supervision of an IRU Academy instructor
• Have successfully undertaken IRU Academy tests on both technical content and pedagogical methods

Note:  ATIs that rely on external consultants as teachers need to have an established contract in specifying that the use of the programme cannot be performed for any other legal entity or by themselves outside the scope of your agreement.

IRU Academy Tests

IRU Academy tests are hosted on the IRU Academy's Content Management platform.  After each Train the Trainer session, participants are given access codes to undertake the corresponding tests online when it best suits them.  The tests may only be accessed once.

Certification

Once the requirements above are complied with, the instructors will be entitled to obtain a printed IRU Academy Instructor Certificate.
